Email Access Code

If a shared link is created with the Email Access Code option, individuals who want to access the link must enter an access code.

When a ShareBase user creates a shared link with the Email Access Code option, the user must provide the email address of the recipient. When the recipient clicks the link, a web page informs the recipient that an access code is required. The recipient must click Send Code to generate an access code, which is then sent to the recipient's email address.
