Configuring Sharing Rights

Site Administrators and User Administrators can configure sharing rights to limit users' ability to share content with external (non-ShareBase) users. These restrictions can help control the dissemination of content outside of ShareBase.

Note:

Changes to sharing rights are not applied retroactively. Existing shares are not affected by these changes.
