Custom Branding

Site Administrators can configure custom branding to be used for the following:

  • Email messages that are automatically sent when a user creates a shared link for specific recipients.

  • Email messages that are automatically sent when tasks are assigned to external parties.

  • The web page that displays shared content when the shared link is clicked.

Note:

If your organization is taking advantage of the New Link Experience for ShareBase, then see Dynamic Branding for Corporate Libraries. For information about participating in the New Link Experience for ShareBase, contact your ShareBase account manager.

Custom branding is used only in cases where content is shared by link. It is not used for other types of emails or for other pages within ShareBase.
