Reporting Issues and Accessing ShareBase Support

If you encounter an issue within ShareBase, you can report the issue in the ShareBase Community. You also can visit the ShareBase Community forum to ask a new question or view answered questions.

• To report an issue, open the Information menu within ShareBase Administration and click Submit an Issue.

• To visit the Community forum, open the Information menu within ShareBase Administration and click Ask the ShareBase Community.
