Preparing a Whitelist

Before you enable this feature, work with your network infrastructure team to prepare an IP address whitelist.

The whitelist can include both individual IP addresses and ranges of IP addresses expressed using CIDR notation. For example:

• 172.16.0.0

• 192.168.1.0/27

• 2001:4898:80e8::0/48

You can copy and paste the whitelist into ShareBase Administration when you enable the feature. List entries can be separated using carriage returns, commas, or spaces. Make sure the list does not include unnecessary formatting characters, such as bullets.
