Canceling ShareBase
If you are a Site Administrator, you can cancel your organization's ShareBase account from within ShareBase Administration. When a ShareBase account is canceled, the associated deployment is deactivated. All user accounts in the deployment are locked, and users no longer have access to any content stored in the deployment.
Before you cancel ShareBase, it is recommended that you do the following:

Review the ShareBase Terms of Use to understand the effects of cancellation. To review the Terms of Use, click the Information Menu button and select Terms & Conditions.

Use the bulk export feature if you would like to download a copy of all files in your deployment. For more information, see Bulk-Exporting Files from Your Deployment.
To cancel ShareBase:

In ShareBase Administration, click Details.
The Deployment Details page is displayed.

At the bottom of the page, click Cancel ShareBase.
You are prompted to confirm the cancellation.
- Enter the word deactivate in the field provided.

Click Deactivate to cancel ShareBase and deactivate your deployment.
Your deployment is deactivated, and you are logged out of ShareBase.
