Locking and Unlocking User Accounts
Site Administrators and User Administrators can lock or unlock user accounts. Locking a user account prevents the user from signing in.
Note: 
                
            If you want to lock a ShareBase user who authenticates through single sign-on (SSO), you must also either disable or remove the corresponding user in your user management system (for example, in Active Directory).
To lock a user account:

                In ShareBase Administration, click Users. 
                
                The Users view is displayed. - Select the user account you want to lock.
 - 
                Under User Settings, click Lock Account.
                The Revoke Links dialog box is displayed.
 - 
                Choose whether you want to revoke all shared links created by the user.

To revoke all shared links created by the user, click Revoke.
 - 
                            
To retain all shared links created by the user, click Skip.
 
A confirmation message indicates the user account is now locked.
