Within My Files, folders you have shared with others display one of the following shared icons:

When you view a folder or document, the information pane indicates whether the content is shared.

The following icons indicate the number of user groups or specific users who have been granted access to the shared content:

The following icon indicates the number of active links that provide access to the shared content:
