Viewing Past Activity

To view the actions taken on a folder or document:

  1. Click the View Item Details or Item Info button in the action toolbar.
  2. Click the Activity tab.

    By default, actions are grouped by action type. Details for the most recent occurrence of each action type are displayed. For more information, see the following sections:

    • Viewing All Actions

    • Viewing Actions by Type

    • Filtering Actions by Description or User

    • Filtering Actions by Date
