Privacy and Security

The My Account page allows you to change your ShareBase tracking preferences for your current device and browser. By default, tracking is enabled.

When tracking is enabled, ShareBase can track the areas of ShareBase viewed using the current browser on the current device. This information is used to improve future ShareBase development.

Tracking cannot be enabled on browsers that deny local storage. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer in Protected Mode, then tracking is disabled by default, and you cannot enable it.

To enable or disable tracking:

  1. Click the User Menu icon in the menu bar.
  2. Click My Account.
  3. Under Privacy & Security, click Allow usage statistics to be gathered on this device to toggle the setting on or off.
