Reverting to Prior Versions of Documents
If you have the appropriate rights, you can make a prior version of a document the current version.
To revert to a prior version of a document:
- Open the document.
- In the information pane, locate the versions section.
- Click the View/add versions button. The versions pane lists all versions of the document.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to the version you want to make current.
- Click the Make Current button.
- When prompted, click Make Current. A new version is created from the prior version.
