The Document Activity Report provides a detailed list of all ShareBase activity that has occurred on a specific document within a specified date range.
To run a Document Activity Report:

In ShareBase Administration, open the Reports view.

Select Document Activity Report from the Report Type drop-down list.

Click Next.

Select a date range for the report. A maximum of 90 days is allowed.

Enter the document ID in the Document Id field.
To get the document ID:

Open the document in ShareBase
-
View the URL in the address bar.
The document ID immediately follows the document path segment in the URL. For example, in both of the following URLs, the document ID is 101:

Click Done to generate and download the report.
