Running a Share by Link Report

The Share by Link Report provides information about shared links that have been created within a specified date range.

To run a Share by Link Report:

  1. In ShareBase Administration, open the Reports view.
  2. Select Share by Link Report from the Report Type drop-down list.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Select a date range for the report. A maximum of 90 days is allowed.
  5. Click Done to generate and download the report.
