Requesting a Password Reset
If you forgot your password and cannot sign in to ShareBase, you can request a password reset.
To request a password reset:

When prompted for your password, click Forgot Password?
If the Forgot Password? option is not available, contact your system administrator.
- Enter the email address associated with your ShareBase account.

Click Request Password Reset. Further instructions are sent to the email address provided.
Note:
If you do not receive an email from ShareBase, ensure that ShareBase is an allowed sender.
- In the email sent from ShareBase, click the link to reset your password. The Reset Password page is displayed.
- Enter your new password in the New Password field.
- Enter the password again in the Verify Password field.
- Click Reset to change your password and sign in with your new credentials.
