User Synchronization

With external authentication, the ShareBase IdP synchronizes user information in ShareBase with the external system.

Note:

The ShareBase IdP does not automatically add all users configured in the external system to ShareBase. The ShareBase IdP creates a new user in ShareBase only the first time the new user logs in to ShareBase using external authentication.
